Chef Martinez trained in Montreal and built his kitchen around the flavors of South America and Spain: paella made to order, lomo saltado, ceviche, pulpo a la gallega, and tequeños for the table.
It isn't the fancy restaurant downtown. It's a cozy neighborhood spot with excellent coffee, live music every weekend, the big game on the big screen, and food our guests keep coming back for.
